Further product information
The conductive electrodes of the EE-21/EE-22 series are intended for installation inside containers whose gas space inside the container may be classified as Ex Zone 0 (Cat. 1).
- EC type examination certificate TÜV 02 ATEX 1796 X
- can be used entirely within category 1 (Ex zone 0)
- Also with cable tail
- Up to 4 limit levels can be detected with one electrode
- G 1" thread connection possible (for one limit level)
- Limit level detection of conductive gaseous media (ammonia water, fermentation/digestion solutions)
- Interference-free measurement
- Boundary layer measurement conductive / non-conductive
- The conductive electrodes EE-21/EE-22 can be used in conjunction with our Ex electrode relays of the ER-14... series.
The type EE-21 for cat. 1 is to be installed in conjunction with the flame-proof cable feedthrough FK-100.
If the conductive electrodes are installed on containers that must be protected against ignition hazards caused by lightning in accordance with TRbF 20 section / chapter 12, then The requirements of TRbF 20 Section/Chapter 12 must be observed during installation.
