Our dew point sensors measure temperature and humidity as well as the dew point temperature and are characterized by a compact design and a fast response time with low measurement deviation. Further features are high reliability and long-term stability. Various housing and design types are available, which ensures the use of these sensors in almost any application.
What is the dew point?
Air contains moisture in the form of water vapor. The warmer the air, the more water vapor it can absorb. If the air temperature now drops, the absorption capacity decreases and the excess water vapor begins to settle as condensate.
The temperature at which water vapor begins to settle as mist or dew is called the dew point temperature.
Dew point sensors for highest accuracy
The TPS-410 and TPS-420 dew point sensors can be ordered with aluminum or polycarbonate housings.
For the TPS-210 and TPS-220 dew point sensors in rod design, PTFE, aluminum and or plastic protective caps are available, depending on the application.
