The T-200.L (24 V) may be used, among other things, as leakage probes in the space between a tank and its associated sump.
The float switches the reed contacts mounted in the guide tube via a magnetic system when the liquid level rises. The change in resistance in the sensor circuit of the contact protection relay triggered by the switching operation is evaluated and the output relay is triggered. As "evaluation unit" the electronic part ET-52xx is mounted directly in the connection head/socket.
The output relay operates in closed-circuit mode, i.e. in the event of an alarm the output relay drops to the alarm position. The evaluation circuit is additionally equipped with a semiconductor switch (opto-coupler) (low switching currents (20 mA), e.g. PLC systems).
