Description
Dehumidification control, including integrated indoor and outdoor climate sensor. Controlled dehumidification takes place by comparing the indoor and outdoor climate. To support room dehumidification, a ventilation fan can be directly connected and controlled via the Aero_aH 100.

Product features
- Possibility of expansion with a supply air fan that can be connected directly to the fan assembly (this ensures targeted air exchange by simultaneous switching of the supply and exhaust air fans).
- Manual operation (connection option for an external push-button, automatic operation resumes automatically after 20 minutes)
- Connection cable of outdoor climate sensor is supplied with plug and socket in robust design (can be inserted in the distance frame without problems)
- The frost protection function prevents cooling (ventilates only when the outside temperature is above +3°C).
The efficient dehumidification of rooms by means of controlled ventilation is achieved by the targeted removal of humid room air with simultaneous supply of dry air. For this purpose, the absolute humidity (aH) is determined as a measure of the water vapour content in the air by means of the two climate sensors (inside and outside). The measurement is taken immediately after the unit is switched on. As soon as the absolute humidity content of the outdoor air is lower than the absolute indoor humidity (aHouse< aHindoor), the fan in the Aero_aH100 is automatically switched on and a dehumidification cycle begins (active time).
A ventilation and deaeration process takes about 10 minutes. Afterwards, the fan is switched off for another 10 minutes so that the room air contaminated with moisture can mix with the drier outside air supplied (passive time). After the pause time has elapsed, the unit carries out another comparison of the climatic conditions.
There is no air exchange if the climate comparison shows that the absolute humidity of the outside air is higher than that inside (aoutside> ainside). This prevents humid air from flowing in. The fan is only switched on again when the climate conditions make dehumidification necessary and an air exchange makes sense.
