Maximum safety for personnel, machines and the environment! Precise and reliable pressure measurement technology is an essential component for maximum safety in all areas of industry as well as in machine and plant construction. Fluid.iO has a suitable customer solution for all pressure measurement tasks. We explain the advantages and limitations of various measuring principles using real-life applications and then show products from our range with the associated sales tools.

Nice to meet you! In this organisational and introductory part of the training, we welcome all participants and give you a general overview of the Fluid.iO company and its team. After a short introduction of the participating partners we start with the product presentations.

The measurement, control and monitoring tasks in the field of level measurement technology are challenging. In this training, we will go into typical areas of application and the measurement principles suitable for them. In addition, we show corresponding solutions from our portfolio in live demonstrations.

The second block on "Level measurement" is specifically dedicated to the various consulting and quotation topics related to level measurement. We will take a look at Fluid.iO's solutions in comparison with those of our market competitors and finally answer all other open questions.

In the presentation "Viscosity Measurement Part 2", the focus is on consulting, sales and service. Together we look at a typical process from the customer enquiry to the offer of the best solution for this enquiry. As customers additionally benefit from our extensive services we present to you our „Start-Up Assistance“, „On-Site Training“ and „After Sales Services“. Finally, we answer all questions that remain unanswered.

Bring the lab to the machine! Viscosity as a measurement parameter is an important quality criterion in many industrial manufacturing processes. With our inline viscosity measurement system ViscoScope, we can measure viscosity directly in the process.
In the presentation "Viscosity measurement part 1" we give a deep insight into our measuring principle and then we show the components of the measuring system in a live demonstration. We conclude this presentation with an overview of the competitive environment.

We continue to grow together! We will start the second day with a short recap of day 1 and then turn our attention to the future: Frank Wiedmann, CEO of Fluid.iO, will talk about the latest research and development topics and also announce new, exciting products for the Fluid.iO portfolio.

Insufficient lubrication, poor oil quality and inappropriate maintenance or servicing strategies can lead to capital damage in machinery and equipment. However, maintenance is time-consuming and costly. With our in-line oil condition sensor Lub-6, we have developed a sensor that can optimally predict the date for the oil change in many types of machines, so that service operations can be planned efficiently and great savings potentials can be achieved compared to other maintenance strategies.

Saving resources and predictive maintenance: With oil condition monitoring, we help companies to operate machines longer and more efficiently. With the Lub-VDT, we have a condition monitoring sensor for oil that monitors the mechanical fluid properties viscosity, density and temperature directly in the process.
We will give a live demonstration of the sensor using suitable use cases and want to work out tips and tricks for sales in a subsequent feedback discussion.

Gas measurement technology is used to identify and warn of explosive or toxic dangers. A large number of gas-air and steam-air mixtures, both in industrial and municipal as well as in private areas, can be described as dangerous. We will share with you why not only german breweries like our products and how our air quality guard minimizes the risk of COVI-19 infection.
